The EWG (Environmental Working Group) gathers information from over 50,000 different municipal water suppliers.  They take all of the various water quality reporting data and consolidate it into an easy to understand tool to assess the quality of water being delivered to consumers. This information can be invaluable in terms of determining which contaminants are a present concern, and then take them into account when we take a look at water quality options.
