If you are seeing white flakes on your dishes and glassware this could be hard water buildup being redeposited on your dishes. We recommend doing an overnight soak. To perform an overnight soak, pour ¼ cup of Lemi Shine into bottom of empty dishwasher. Turn the dishwasher on and allow it to fill with water. Once filled, turn the dishwasher off and soak overnight. (Do not allow to drain). The following morning restart the dishwasher and continue the wash cycle.

The overnight soak allows Lemi Shine time to remove years of mineral deposits and stains from the internal components of the dishwasher.

Using Lemi Shine with every load will keep hard water minerals such as lime, calcium, and iron from building up in the internal components of the dishwasher while keeping your dishes and glassware sparkling!

*We recommend doing an overnight soak once a month for dishwasher maintenance.
